This session wil explore how the stories we tell ourselves and others about change can either hinder or propel our progress.

Sarah's Bio:

After leading countless projects, initiatives, and transformations in her career, Sarah has seen the power of good leaders at work and how effective leadership at all levels dramatically improves an organization's success. And, while it's nice when your job title legitimately labels you as a leader, Sarah's experience has taught her that regardless of your HR title, you can and should lead from where you are. She is passionate about helping both formal and referent leaders (i.e., those who lead without titles) lean into their potential from right where they are. As a certified coach, trainer, facilitator, speaker, and partner at Slingshot 25, Sarah is at her best when she's working with clients on removing what gets in the way of their success, especially during times of change. Sarah has an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University - Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneuership.
