We'll explore the six components of the Working Genius Model - Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity - and uncover how each contributes to fostering collaborative connections.

Participants will learn how to recognize their own genius zones and those of their team members, allowing for more effective communication,streamlined decision-making, and enhanced productivity. Additionally, we'll address common challenges and pitfalls encountered in collaborative settings and provide strategies for overcoming them using the principles of the Working Genius Model.
