Tara Allen is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and Full-Time Marketing Management Faculty at Kirkwood Community College. With a passion for empowering individuals and organizations, Tara extends her expertise beyond academia. She is a sought-after factilitator for professional development workshops and consulting engagements, specializing in areas such as time management, diversity, perspective, networking, and organizational behavior.

Beyond academia, Tara is an advocate for holistic wellness, teaching fitness classes and corporate wellness initiatives. She also lends her expertise as a fitness coach for the nonprofit Yenko.org., emphasizing culture and wellness. Tara's multifaceted background and dedication to empowering others make her a valuable asset in fostering strong community connections and personal growth.
