PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The ability to build trust is a mission critical competency for leaders at all levels. It goes beyond building trust with other individuals to encompass creating team and organizational cultures where trust thrives. This session will cover a framework and language that supports building, maintaining, and when necessary, rebuilding trust. Participants will gain an understanding of how they can become exceptional trust-builders in service to achieving their organization's mission and vision.

The trust framework will touch all three areas of the Talent Development Capability Model.

BIOGRAPHY

Charles Feltman serves people who seek to grow themselves into the best leaders they can be fore themselves, their teams, and companies. In over 25 years as an executive and leadership coach, he has had the privilege of working with many outstanding leaders and leadership teams worldwide. This work has often included supporting individuals, teams, and entire organizations in becoming exceptional at building and maintaining strong trust in service to their success and well-being. Charles is the author of The Thin Book of Trust: An Essential Primer for Building Trust at Work. He has a number of impressive sounding certifications related to his work, but what is equally important to him is that he is a certified husband, father, and grandfather. He lives with a part of his family in San Luis Obispo, California.
