PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Let's hit the road! Join us for our third annual chapter roadshow at the beautiful Miracles in Motion Therapeutic Equestrian Center in Swisher, Iowa, just a short 20-minute drive from downtown Cedar Rapids.
Step into a morning of education and exploration in a setting straight out of a Grant Wood painting. Wrap up the morning with a catered box lunch from the Kava House, served on-site in an enclosed pavilion - also a perfect space for strategic planning sessions or future special training events.
To ensure everyone's safety, please complete the consent forms that will be included in your registration confirmation email.
NOTE: Space is limited to 25 participants. Please register by noon on July 5 to secure your spot.

- Learn about exciting team-building workgroup opportunities for teams and organizations of all sizes.
- Gain insights from Gale Mote on team-building techniques, including take-aways from her Top 10 most impactful activities.
- 11:30 - Noon - Take a relaxing guided stroll around the farm and snap a memorable selfie.
- 12:00 - 12:30 - Lunch includes 1/2 sandwich (turkey in the garden or chicken salad), a side of pasta salad, a monster cookie and bottled water.

NOTE: Miracles in Motion staff will facilitate traffic/parking the day of the event.
Your safety is of foremost concern to ATD and Miracles in Motion. Please dress appropriately to be outdoors. Closed-toe shoes only.
As guests, you will not interact directly with the horses.
CONSENT FORMS
There are 3 consent forms/waivers that must be signed to participate at Miracles in Motion. These forms will be attached in your registration confirmation email. Please sign and bring them with you on the day of the event.
SHRM CREDITS
This program is valid for 1 PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
REGISTRATION FEES
Members can log into the website and register to attend the program for free. Other guests will need to register online and pay a fee of $20.00. We'd be more than happy to apply your registration fee toward a chapter membership when you become a member within one week of this program.
