Each day, the rate of change is only accelerating. From disruptive technologies changing industry landscapes to an unexpected pandemic, we must be ready to embrace the future needs of our workforce when they need it most. In the session, we as talent development professionals will:
- Discuss how the ever-changing world and current trends are influencing how we work
- Explore critical frameworks, tools, and concepts that can help us effectively embrace the future
- Host an open forum where we can collaborate, ask questions, and learn best practices from each other
BIOGRAPHY
Robert Rathje is a Leadership Development Specialist at UFG Insurance who is deeply passionate about helping people achieve what they're truly capable of. Throughout his career, he has designed, delivered, and deployed end-to-end learning and performance solutions and strategies. He has experience in building a brand new talent development department as well as becoming immersed in the innovative and futuristic talent development capabilities of a global company who has frequently received the Association of Talent Development’s “BEST” award. He has also received his Masters of Business Administration & Leadership Certificate from the University of Iowa and been a Guest Facilitator/Lecturer for Mount Mercy University’s Masters of Strategic Leadership program. REGISTRATION FEES
Members can log into the website and register to attend the program for free. Guests will need to register online and pay a fee of $20.00. We'd be more than happy to apply your registration fee toward a chapter membership when you become a member within one week of this program.
