BIOGRAPHY
Jenny Schmidt, founder of J Schmidt Consulting, is an HR expert in analytics talent. She partners with Analytics and HR departments across the country to develop analytics professionals on an individual, team, and organization level. She provides leadership coaching to data scientists and analytics supervisors, team building training based on increasing self-awareness and working with others, and consulting services on how to organize and develop analytics talent across the organization.
