Day 1 – Wednesday, September 18 – Michael & Katie Stallard of the Connection Culture Group
The Stallards will lead a full-day workshop that will equip attendees with strategies and tools to develop a "Connection Culture" that boosts employee engagement, productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
Day 2 – Thursday, September 19 – Interactive breakout sessions that focus on topics related to "Creating a Connection Culture," taking a deeper dive as attendees prepare to apply concepts and tools in their daily lives.
This year's breakout session tracks are:
- Vision: Creating unity around and implementing a shared vision
- Value: Establishing trust and nurturing development
- Voice: Stimulating creativity and innovation, and cultivating collaboration
- Viewpoint: Understanding connection culture from various perspectives to operationalize it for organizational and individual success
