ASTD All-Chapter Program -- Professional Image & First Impressions in the Classroom

As trainers, we know that training begins well before the formal opening.  We also know that first impressions are lasting impressions (and it doesn’t take long to create a first impression.) 

This interactive session will be a great opportunity for you to assess your professional image and learn valuable techniques to create a positive learning environment for your participants.

This is our last all-chapter meeting for 2011.  The board will be providing an update on the annual operating plan and goal accomplishment.  We have much to celebrate and you are instrumental to our success. Our chapter cannot be successful without your dedicated support and active participation.  We hope to see you in Manchester in November.

About the presenter...  Leah Humbert is a senior trainer for Transamerica Life Insurance Company.  She has 9 years of experience and trains on a variety of information ranging from call center representatives to processors as well as many soft skills classes to all divisions.

Cost for non-members, including guests, is $10.00.  Hawkeye ASTD members attend at no charge. 

This All-Chapter Program will be held at F&M Bank in Manchester.
