As workplace and learning professionals, we are accountable for the impact our training design and delivery has on behavioral change and business results. During this engaging and hands-on session, you will examine who has the most impact on the transfer of training and when (manager, trainer, participant), identify practical ways to measure Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation, explore how to tell training’s story using on-the-job successes, and share practical techniques you can apply immediately to ensure that training sticks.
