Program Description
Dave Meier says, "Learning is creation, not consumption." How do we as trainers provide opportunities for learners to "create" their learning? That is the challenge--to facilitate learning through doing and keeping it relevant to the objectives. Sometimes we focus on changing the pace, promoting interaction and building exercises unrelated to the creation of new learning. In this interactive session, we will learn the "why" for making learning engaging. You will receive tips, tricks and tools to help you build in the right engagment activities to allow your learners to create new learning.
