Remaining Calm and Delivering Training that Sticks!

    December 5th, 2025 | Virtual via Zoom

Join Jennifer Zack and the ATD Hawkeye Chapter on Friday, December 5th @1:00 PM CT where we will close out ELW with a virtual session dedicated to reflection and continuous learning.

    Description
Tight deadlines can heighten stress and cloud clarity—making it harder to create and deliver meaningful training. In this virtual session, you’ll learn simple somatic principles and nervous system regulation tools to stay grounded, focused, and effective, even when the pressure is on.

    Learning Objectives
    You will learn how to:

    • Stay grounded and clear under pressure using somatic awareness.

    • Work skillfully with your nervous system in moments of stress.

    • Apply the 3N Model™ to move from reactivity to intentional, effective action.

    • Strengthen your presence and confidence when delivering training.

     Meet Jennifer Zach
Jennifer helps leaders integrate mind and body for better performance and well-being. Through somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and applied neuroscience, she equips leaders to manage stress, build trust, and foster growth.

She’s the author of Somatic Awareness: Leading with Body Intelligence and creator of the 3N Model™—Notice, Name, Navigate
