The Power of Creativity and Innovation

Finding Your Why and Having Fun Along the Way

    February 6th, 2026 | Virtual via Zoom

In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing workplace, creativity and innovation are essential, not just for solving problems, but for personal growth, resilience, and fulfillment. This ATD virtual program will enable you to explore your own creative potential, clarify your “why” (your personal purpose and motivation), and reframe how you approach your work with curiosity and joy. You will walk away with tools to unlock creative thinking, strategies to reconnect with your purpose, and permission to infuse fun into your professional lives, all of which fuel innovation and long-term success.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Define the relationship between creativity, innovation, and personal growth.

    • Identify your own “why”, the deeper purpose that fuels your work and career.

    • Apply techniques to unlock creativity in daily work, even in routine or challenging moments.

    • Recognize the value of fun and playfulness as essential drivers of creativity and innovation.

    • Commit to at least one practice that connects your purpose with creativity in your role.

    You'll learn:

    • How to establish AI safety and literacy standards that protect your organization from risks like data breaches, hallucinations, and compliance violations while still enabling innovation.
    • Framework for creating an AI usage policy that gives clear direction on permissible tools and use cases while fostering a culture of responsible experimentation.
