On July 13, I will be facilitating a discussion around measuring and evaluating training for our monthly program meeting. As trainers, we have a huge responsiblity to ensure that what we teach in the classroom is implemented successfully when our participants return to work. The respect that leadership, our peers and customers have for us as learning and workplace professionals is determined, in large part, by our ability to affect positive change. We all know how difficult that can be!
