Description: Putting a Leadership Development Program in place doesn't have to be so complicated. This session will help you explore some of the possibilities of what can go into a program, why you should consider having one, and how to begin. We will cover four main points LEAD: 

• Levels of leadership - who are we talking about
• Evaluate - know where to begin and where to end
• Activities - it's not all about the classroom
• Do it - how to make it stick
