Hawkeye Chapter ASTD Special Event!

For the second consecutive year, Hawkeye ASTD offers a day of training for anyone who works for, or volunteers at, a non-profit organization. This all-day event will be held at Mt. Mercy University, Donnelly Hall, from

7:45 - 8:15	Registration/Continental Breakfast
8:15 - 8:30	Welcome and Announcements
8:30-12:00	Morning Session Dealing with Difficult People OR Working Across Generations
12:00-12:45	Lunch
12:45-4:15	Afternoon Session Dealing with Difficult People (repeat of morning session) OR Time Management

Cost:
$25.00 per person. (includes continental breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack)
