Hawkeye ASTD Site Program -- Coaching

What is coaching - either with an internal or external coach?  How is it different from counseling, mentoring and performance management? 

This session also looks at the key competencies necessary to be an effective coach.

Help us tailor this program to meet your needs.  In the conformation email you receive after you register you will find a short, 4 question survey.

Also, the program presenter has requested everyone bring 3 small balls to the training session.  They could be balls used for tennis, juggling, racquetball or handball.  (This will be an extremely important part of the session.)

Cost for non-members, including guests, is $10.00.  Hawkeye ASTD members attend at no charge. (Members must log in to the website to register without incurring the $10 guest fee.)
