Description:  A panel of local learning professionals discuss how they are managing their learning programs.

  • Brenda Mohr

Brenda Mohr joined United Way of East Central Iowa as the Training & Organizational Development Coordinator in August 2017. Her passion for supporting the development of people and organizations led her to this role, which includes human resources, employee engagement, training and development, and organizational culture activities. In addition to her current functions, Brenda has experience in managing projects and events, facilitating meetings, and developing communications plans and messages. Brenda has worked in the corporate and nonprofit settings – including over four years between two United Ways – and Division I athletics, providing a range of experience that informs her work.

Brenda earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her MBA from Drake University in Des Moines. Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys attending athletic events and volunteering. She currently serves as a tutor to an English language learner at the Catherine McCauley Center, is an adoption open house volunteer at S.A.I.N.T. Rescue, and helps plan ATD events.

  • Randy Pospisil
Randy Pospisil is the Support, Training and QA Manager for Leepfrog Technologies in Coralville, IA. He has been a pastor, teacher, and corporate trainer. Randy oversees a group of 5 talented trainers as they support the learning of more than 250 clients in the United States as well as a number of international clients. The training team at Leepfrog is also responsible for training internal employees on software features and updates.
Randy has a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He lives in Cedar Rapids with his wife Kim and two kids.
  • Amanda Staebler-Kuehl
Amanda Staebler-Kuehl is passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal best. She has more than five years of experience in learning and development, focusing on organizational effectiveness and LMS systems. She enjoys working with clients to deliver easy to understand and meaningful Courseleaf trainings. Amanda has a Bachelor of Business Management from Mount Mercy University.

Registration and Informal Networking: 8:45-9:00 AM

Meeting: 9:00-11:00 AM

Networking Lunch: 11:30 AM - 12 PM
We will meet at the lunch location after the program. Cost of lunch is not included in registration.
