Description:  Knowledge is multiplying at astounding rates. IBM predicts that knowledge will double every 11-12 hours by 2020. Think of knowledge management challenges within your own organization. Perhaps processes and information reside in someone's head, or procedures are different within different departments. Maybe you find different versions of documentation in different places - on an intranet, on three people's personal network drives or hard drives, and on a piece of paper taped to a cubicle.

How can employees leverage and share knowledge to be consistent, reliable, and up-to-date? In the learning and performance business, we are all about knowledge—finding it, packaging it, distributing it, etc.
