Program Description

“Change Your Culture, Change Your Results!”

High performance organizations respect and embrace the importance of culture. Leadership realizes that culture is the life blood that nurtures and sustains positive performance results.

This is Part I in a three part series where we will engage in meaningful conversations around organizational culture.  In this opening program, recent honorees from the Corridor Business Journal’s Coolest Place to Work will be sharing, in a panel discussion, best practices and answering your questions about building and sustaining high performance work cultures.

Panelists will include members from the following organizations:

Of course, cultural change is a process, not an event. We will discuss real life experiences in transitioning work cultures – what works and what doesn’t. Come and compare how your work culture measures up and define positive next steps to continue the journey.

Cost for non-members, including guests, to attend the program is $10.00.  ATD - Hawkeye Chapter members' program attendance is included as a benefit of membership. (Members must log in to the website to register free.)
