This workshop will spark a shift in mindset and equip participants with tools to build the self-awareness, accountability, and collaboration needed to sustain mindset change in individuals and organizations. Participants will learn to understand the paradox of self-deception, how to shift from an inward mindset to an outward mindset, and how to apply these concepts at work and at home.

He has served on various non-profit, municipal and education-oriented boards and advisory groups dedicated to creating strong communities and civic ownership.
